Colorado State Skate Club
I have been the president of the Colorado State Skate Club since May, 2025. This leadership position requires me to market and foster community engagement through social media management and content creation. Working with the Vice President, Christopher Ramalho, we have expanded the club that has only existed on campus since 2022, to have over 500 active members registered and nearly 1,200 followers on Instagram.
Elements of this leadership position:
Coordinating and planning events
Working with local businesses such as The Soundbar music venue, Market Skate shop and Launch Skate Park to organize events and sponsorship opportunities.
Reaching out to local bands and musicians for live-performances at our university sponsored events.
Advertising and marketing merchandise
Creating graphic design, videos, photographs for community engagement
RAM+
I began my internship with RAM+ in January 2026. This role requires me to produce content for Colorado State University’s Streaming Service by filming and directing content. Me and John Peterson created the FOCO Happy Hour, a television show that discovers the best food and drink deals in Fort Collins at local owned restaurants. We share these deals to inform students about ways they can save money on food created by unique cultures disconnected from corporate normality. We blend humor and in-depth journalism by blending food challenges and interviews to entertain a larger audience.
This project has allowed me to work as a director, video editor and producer to expand my creative vision with a larger audience by being published on the RAM+ streaming service. The pilot episode will be published May 7th and our second episode will be published subsequently after.
I’ve been working with the RAM+ social media team to edit the television show in order gain social media attention through curated editing for the short form platform. This experience has also allowed me to collaborate to produce other content for shows that I have filmed and worked on during my internship.
